From New York City and western Long Island, take the Long Island Expressway
going East to Exit 49. After exiting, go straight on South Service Road going
East (South Service Road runs parallel to the Long Island Expressway). After the
third traffic light, the third street on the right will be Beaumont Drive, where
you will turn right. The next street on the left side will be Riga Lane, where
you will turn left. About 100 meters from the corner you will see the Church on
the right.
From eastern Long Island take the Long Island Expressway going West to Exit
50. At the end of the exit ramp turn left to cross over the Long Island
Expressway and go straight on Bagatelle Road. At the second traffic light turn
right onto Wilmington Drive. At the first street on the right turn right onto
Threepence Drive. Then at the second street on the right, turn right onto Riga
Lane. About100 meters before the next intersection, the Church will on be the
left.
By public transportation:
It is relatively difficult to get near the Church via public transportation.
The closest train station is Huntington, which is on the MTA Long Island
Railroad (LIRR) Port Jefferson Branch. The station is about 7 miles from the
Church. A taxi ride from Huntington station to the Church costs about $12. If
you make prior arrangements, someone can pick you up from the station. Ivars Bērziņš
